Personal Information is used for the purpose of facilitating the issuance of our customers’ travel documents.

To facilitate customer requests we may require information such as (list is not comprehensive) : photographs, birth dates, current and prior US passports, drivers’ licenses or any other numerous official documentation containing private information belonging to the user or another third party. All information collected will only be used for the purposes outlined in the user’s requests.

Web Security

Personal information may be shared with service providers such as the State Department. All information shared with service providers is to allow the providers to complete customer requests. Document Security

All original documents with personal information are submitted to the U.S. Passport Agency for the issuance of our client’s passports. Upon the completion of the process, any additional documents are securely destroyed.
